Approach
My therapeutic approach is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and curiosity, creating a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where clients feel heard and understood. I work collaboratively with clients to develop evidence-based, individualised treatment plans that empower them to create meaningful change and enhance their overall well-being.

I integrate clinical expertise with my personal strengths—attunement, humour, and a deep respect for lived experience—to foster a genuine therapeutic connection. My goal is to equip clients with the insight, strategies, and confidence they need to navigate life’s challenges, cultivate resilience, and build a more fulfilling and empowered life.
